Dr. Frank Luo is an experienced healthcare database and data analysis professional expert at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at SUNY Downstate Medical Center Medical Informatics program (graduate level) since 2008.

Dr. Frank Luo completed his Ph.D. at The Rutgers University in the field of biomedical informatics. His research interests lie in data mining and machine learning, ranging from theory to design to implementation. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of biomedical informatics and data science.
